Common questions
- Reset your password: on the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password?" and follow the
emailed link.
- Delete your account: go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Full details,
including how to delete without the app, are on our
account deletion page. See our
Privacy Policy for what deletion does and does not cover.
- News and company information: MineEx brings together public company press releases and
industry sources, with attribution and links to the originals, alongside AI-assisted summaries.
Summaries can contain errors and are not a substitute for a company's original disclosure.
MineEx provides information and is not investment advice.
For companies
If you represent a mining company and want to know about a MineEx presence, email
support@mineex.ca or use the
contact form. Paid services for companies are arranged directly and governed
by a separate written agreement.
