These Terms govern your use of the MineEx website and the MineEx investor application (together, the "Service"), including free investor accounts. "We", "us" and "our" mean Liquid Jungle Management Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Paid services provided to mining companies and other business customers — including company subscriptions, profile build services and Conference Mode — are governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not create or govern any paid company subscription. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement covering those services, the separate written agreement governs those services.
Our website does not sell anything. Pricing shown on the website is informational; companies interested in a paid service correspond with us directly first.
You may use MineEx only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use MineEx only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
MineEx is an informational and educational service. Nothing on MineEx is investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or tax advice, and nothing on MineEx is a recommendation, endorsement, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, exchange, marketplace or financial institution, and we are not registered as any of those. We do not assess whether any security is suitable for you.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on anything you read on MineEx, verify it against the company's own regulatory filings and official disclosure, and consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.
MineEx presents information drawn from public sources and from companies themselves. That information may contain errors, may be incomplete, and may become out of date.
Some content on MineEx — including company summaries — is generated with the assistance of AI. AI-generated content can contain errors and can omit material information. It is a convenience, not a substitute for a company's original disclosure.
Always verify material information against the company's original disclosure documents and regulatory filings before relying on it.
MineEx links to and displays material controlled by others — company websites, regulatory filings, news articles, press releases and other third-party content and services. That material belongs to and is controlled by its provider. We do not control its availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices, and linking to or displaying it is not an endorsement of it.
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly at support@mineex.ca if you believe your account has been used without your authorization. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent it is within your control.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including messages you send to companies. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service you asked for — to store, transmit, display and process your content for the purpose of delivering it and making it available to you and to the intended recipient. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not take a general commercial licence to your private messages.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, impersonates another person or company, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains malware or other harmful code.
The Service, its software, design, interfaces and original content are owned by Liquid Jungle Management Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from them.
Company names, logos, trademarks, press releases, filings, imagery and other third-party materials appearing on MineEx remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. We claim no ownership of public-company disclosure.
We may modify, add or remove features, perform maintenance, suspend parts of the Service, or discontinue portions of it. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid Jungle Management Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, trading or investment losses, or losses arising from reliance on information available through the Service, however caused and on any theory of liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liquid Jungle Management Ltd. from third-party claims, and reasonable related costs, arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights. This does not apply to ordinary, permitted use of the Service.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, a security or fraud risk, abuse of the Service, a legal requirement, or to protect the Service, our users or third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of the place where you live.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, and no single or partial exercise of a right prevents any further exercise of it.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us for the Service they govern, and replace prior understandings about that Service. They do not replace or limit a separate written agreement covering paid services for companies.
We may update these Terms. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or on our website where appropriate. Changes apply going forward from the date they take effect; they do not retroactively change the terms that applied to your past use. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and you may delete your account.
